Registration
How To Register
- All registrations for participants under 18 years of age require signature of parent or guardian.
- All registrations are handled on a first-come, first serve basis.
- Walk-in Registration: Walk-in registration is taken Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Rialto Community Center, 214 N. Palm Avenue, Suite 204, Rialto, CA 92376. Registration can be paid in cash, check, money order, Mastercard or Visa.
- Telephone Registration: Telephone registration is accepted for most programs with payment made by VISA or MasterCard.
- On-Line Registration: Available for most programs at Active.com.
- Swimming Registration: All swimming registration is handled at the Tom Sawyer Swimming Pool, 152 E. San Bernardino Avenue. Refund/Credit Policy: Refunds, credit memos or transfers to another program will be granted under the following conditions:
Classes ~ All cancellations must be requested within 48 hours after the first class meeting (72 hours prior to workshops), unless class time has changed or the class is canceled by the Department.
Excursions ~ All cancellations must be requested prior to the registration deadline, unless the trip is canceled by the Department. NO SHOW, NO REFUND! Please allow two to three weeks for refund to be processed.
- Special Needs: Those who may need assistance (i.e., wheelchair bus, interpreter, etc.) in order to enjoy our programs, should contact the Recreation Office at least four weeks in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

- Classes are held at the following locations:

Brunswick Foothill Lanes,
17238 Foothill Blvd., Fontana
- Registration will NOT be accepted by the instructor. Pre-registration is required for all classes.
- Registration will not be accepted after the second class meeting. Classes will not be prorated if students register late.
- Classes that fail to meet the required minimum number of students will be canceled.
- The City reserves the right to postpone, cancel or combine classes for any reason found necessary.
